Let’s jump right out of the nest here. In the world of money management, there’s an old saying that goes, ‘A person either disciplines their finances, or their finances discipline them.’ Overall, there’s a secret psychology of financials, where a lack of money isn’t the actual issue; it is merely a symptom of what is going on inside your own mind. This as a whole is the very line of thinking that I have committed myself to helping business owners capitalize on so they don’t just excel as professionals, but ultimately secure a lucrative future for themselves and their families along the way.

Establishing In-House Accounting Solutions (2014) and Birdie Getz Financial (2022) on the grounds of integrity, I’m a longstanding Accountant, Bookkeeper, and Certified Money Coach who enjoys every moment of helping others obtain new levels of financial literacy, growth, and financial independence. Driven by both passion and mission excellence, I bring with me an extensive 20+ year background involving the intricacies of financial strategy evaluations, accounting/bookkeeping relations, tailored money management, business scaling, and the art of helping leaders spearheading the wealth-building game. Even more, I have leveraged that history to create the popular Personal Financial Organizer (a tool offering full 360-degree views of one’s financial life in a given year) and ongoingly prove that anyone can achieve sustainable success with the right financial guidance, tools, and splashes of encouraging motivation.

Where did this all stem from? As someone born with an entrepreneurial spirit, I began my journey at the young age of 9, selling baked goods and learning the ins and outs of income statements. That flame never died, as I went on to run several other small businesses while following my initial passion to become a chef and run my own restaurant someday. However, that vision shifted slightly after taking an accounting class and falling in love with numbers. With that as my base, I earned a BA and MA in Accounting and Finance, have worked in private and public accounting for 20ish years, and gained a track record as a bookkeeper for delivering businesses what they desire the most – time and focus energy. Now coming full circle as an entrepreneur, I have saved businesses from bankruptcy, helped tons of businesses scale, and fostered positive relationships with money via pattern remodeling. In short, my services are not just about targeting money management and creating viable financial paths forward, but also bringing back the inherent joy of owning a growing business.
